 “A Day to Remember”

Takes place at East Fort next Friday the 11th Nov. at 10.30.

East Fort with its Garden of Remembrance was officially opened

Mr. Ronnie Kasrils on 11Nov. 2002.

  GARDEN OF REMEMBRANCE

Honours all those who gave or dedicated

Their lives to the process of building

Our proud nation.

 

Each year we hold a memorial service including a firing of the cannons and a wreath laying ceremony.

Members of the public are invited to come and remember their own loved ones, and lay flowers should they wish.

For ex-serviceman medals should be worn.

Members of the public should arrive by 10.15. as the service commences at 10.30.

 We would love to see you there.
